General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These terms and conditions apply to all photographic services offered by Ferdinand Choffray, freelance photographer (company number: 0802692915), based at 37, rue du Zodiaque, 1190 Brussels, Belgium.

1. Purpose

Ferdinand Choffray offers professional photography services for businesses, freelancers and institutions:

- project-based photo reports (architecture, locations)

- monthly subscriptions for regular visual content creation

All services are delivered as high-definition digital files.

2. Order and acceptance

Any order placed via the www.ferdinandchoffray.com website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The purchase of a subscription via Stripe constitutes a contract between the parties.

3. Rates

Prices are given in euros (€) and exclude VAT (exemption for small businesses, art. 56bis CTV).

No VAT will be charged on invoices.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the rate applied remains that in force at the time of subscription.

4. Payment

Payment is due in advance, each month, via the Stripe platform.

Recurring payment is triggered automatically on the subscription date.

In the event of non-payment, access to the service may be suspended until payment has been made.

5. Delivery

Images are delivered by secure digital link, usually within 3 to 7 working days after each photo session.

No physical delivery is planned.

6. Rights of use

The customer benefits from a complete and non-exclusive right of use of the images delivered, for its professional media: website, social networks, printed communication, etc.

Ferdinand Choffray retains the copyright and may use the images for promotional purposes, unless the customer expressly requests otherwise prior to delivery.

7. Termination

The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the customer, free of charge, via the link provided at the time of subscription or by simple written request.

Any period started remains due.

8. Postponement / cancellation of meeting

Sessions can be postponed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

If this time limit is exceeded, the session will be considered completed, except in cases of force majeure.

9. Limitation of liability

Ferdinand Choffray is committed to providing a professional and meticulous service.

It cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage, loss of data, or commercial loss linked to the use of the images supplied.

10. Personal data

Customer data (name, e-mail address, company) is used solely to process orders, payments and deliveries.

They are never resold or shared with third parties.

11. Applicable law

These GTC are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.
